Terry Kelly
Chairman
Founder, CEO

President and principal owner of Weather Central, Inc., Terry Kelly is Chairman and CEO of MyWeather, LLC. A leader in the development of innovative weather display and forecasting equipment and services for over 30 years, Terry holds a degree in meteorology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, The American Meteorological Society’s Seal of Approval, and the AMS award for Outstanding Service By A Broadcast Meteorologist. Terry has founded several other successful technology companies, including ColorGraphics Systems, Inc., and NewStar. He also managed the Dynatech Video Group of companies from 1983 through 1993. He was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" in Wisconsin by Ernst & Young in 2003.

Christopher Kelly
President

Chris Kelly has been with the Company since its founding in 2000, and is responsible for MyWeather’s worldwide operations and strategic direction. His interests lie in developing new precision weather-powered content, applications, and business models to serve the location based weather services industry. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Kelly also holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. He is a Company owner and member of the Board of Directors.

Victor Marsh
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
MyWeather LLC & Weather Central Inc.

Victor Marsh has been with Weather Central for over 22 years and has broad experience in all aspects of weather data and its visualization through media. Today, Vic’s focus is on emerging technologies and markets. Vic plays an important role in determining the direction for the products and services that both MyWeather and Weather Central offer. He oversees the development and product management teams in both companies and is an owner and member of the Board of Directors for MyWeather LLC.

Tim Ellsworth
Vice President of Global Sales

Tim Ellsworth has over 20 years of sales and marketing management experience including 10 years of technology start-up experience. Prior to joining the MyWeather team, Mr. Ellsworth held management positions with GigaHertz (acquired by MemoryLink), MeasureCast (acquired by Arbitron) and ABC Technologies (acquired by SAS Institute, Inc.). Mr. Ellsworth has excelled in a variety of roles in domestic and international sales, strategic partnerships and business development. Tim received a Masters degree with a focus on Management of Technology Companies from OHSU, Portland, Oregon, in 2002 and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1988.

Irene Cash
Vice President of Content, Executive Editor

As VP of Content and Executive Editor, Irene Cash leads MyWeather’s content management initiatives as well as MyWeather Paid Content initiatives. Concentrating on program management and media product management, Irene uses her expertise and experience in Internet technology to ensure that our partners achieve success with MyWeather content and products, while striving for the ultimate consumer experience. Prior to joining MyWeather in 2001, Irene worked within the telecommunications industry for 15 years, specializing in the transition from analog to digital technology. As a key industry expert in emerging new technologies, Irene spearheaded the synergy between the Internet and telephony, with specific focus on product and technology marketing. Irene's broad background in technology, marketing and consumer engagement strengthens MyWeather's management team.

Steve Barnes
Vice President of Mobile

Steve Barnes joined the MyWeather team in January 2008 and leads MyWeather’s mobile team. Steve’s work is divided between the U. S. and international markets, including the China market, where he is Acting COO of MyWeather Traffic Technology, Beijing LTD. This includes handset resident applications, such as MyWeather’s iPhone “MyWeather Mobile” application, as well as for touch screen and other handsets for Nokia. Prior to coming to MyWeather, Steve was Senior Director of Programming and Content at Mobile ESPN, and, prior to that, was Chief Operating Officer and member of the board at CinemaElectric, Inc. Steve’s years of experience at these companies has made him a leader in the mobile entertainment field. Steve received his BA from Western Michigan University with an English major and a minor in communications.

Thomas Blankenship
Vice President of Operations

As VP of Operations, Tom Blankenship leads MyWeather’s Client Services, Production and IT infrastructure teams. Tom utilizes his expertise and experience in Customer Service and Network Operations leadership to ensure that our customers achieve success with MyWeather services. He is focused on building a world class support organization while concentrating on the satisfaction of MyWeather customers, our partners, subscribers, and end-users. Prior to joining MyWeather, Tom worked in the wireless telecommunications industry for 18 years, specializing in network operations infrastructure management and mobile telephone switch engineering management in the telecommunications/telephony industry. Tom also worked in the broadcast industry in the 1980s as an engineer for Dynatech NewStar. Tom’s leadership and diverse background in technology and client support are invaluable assets to MyWeather.

Randy Wiggins
Vice President of Research & Development, Senior Scientist

Randy Wiggins’ software development career began over 20 years ago at the NYIT Computer Graphics Lab where he helped to develop products based on their pioneering research in the field of computer-generated character and 3D animation. More recently at companies including Dynatech ColorGraphics, NewStar, Tektronix and Weather Central, he was a principal engineer of products for video post production, newsroom automation and interactive weather display, as well as a developer of patented intellectual properties in those domains. Randy is a charter employee at MyWeather and has led the design and development of its system architecture and applications since inception.

Jack Zavoral
Director of National Sales

Jack Zavoral is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in product positioning, new product development, and the many diverse aspects of the media buying and selling equation. His experience includes 12 years of consumer packaged goods brand management with Dean Foods and Spectrum Brands, and 7 years of television production, syndication, and advertising platform development. Jack is also a weather fanatic and uses MyWeather tools extensively as an outdoor enthusiast and private pilot. In leading the Sales organization, his role at MyWeather includes strategy and top level communications with broadcast partners, group level accounts and prospective station clients.

Adam Powell
Director of Application Development

Adam Powell is a senior web design and web product manager with extensive experience designing and executing new media projects for major companies. He has designed web products for Wired Ventures, WebMD, Hitachi, LEGO, America Online, Logitech, and The Onion. Adam is well known in the web publishing industry. He has been an invited speaker to conventions held by Jupiter Communications and South By Southwest, and has been quoted on the front page of The Wall Street Journal as well as in the pages of The Atlantic Monthly, The New York Post, The Industry Standard, Reason, The Austin-American Statesman, and The San Francisco Chronicle. Adam works closely with major clients at MyWeather to develop and design specific web based products and projects.
