Your link has expired or there is a problem with the link you used.  To correct this problem read further:

  • If your email message did not have any images or colors in the message then your email format is not allowing HTML in the messages and as a result we may not be able to match up an image to the link you have clicked on to find the appropriate page you requested.  You should change the settings for your subscriber account to "No" for the question  "Does your email software accept HTML (email with colors and graphics)?"
  • If the above is not the case and if you clicked on a link in an email message, close the email message completely and open it again and your links should go to the appropriate place.  If your email program has wrapped the end of the link to the next line then you should copy the first line to your internet browser address bar and then copy and paste the next line immediately at the end of the first line for the link to work correctly for you.
  • If you followed a link on a web page then go back and press your F5 key and reload the page and the link should work properly for you.

If you continue to experience difficulties please contact us at issues@myweather.net and include what email program you are using and version number, the internet browser you are using and version number, as well as a detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing.
